The custom tailoring process begins with a thorough and direct consultation between the customer and Founders Kim Ly and Huynh Kim Bao. We carefully listen to the customer's ideas and provide detailed suggestions from experts. Particularly, we employ body shape analysis techniques to create a perfect and premium design. Precision in Taking Measurements

The process of taking measurements must be carried out with high precision and meticulous measuring techniques by experts. This requires patience and skill from skilled craftsmen, who must use accurate measuring tools and adhere to high-quality custom tailoring procedures. Additionally, measurements should be taken on a natural body or on the customer wearing only lightweight undergarments to ensure maximum accuracy.This stage will assist you in visualizing the finished suit after the agreed-upon adjustments have been made.

FITTING

After obtaining accurate measurements, the technical team at Kim x KIM brand will use this data to create a trial sample. This sample will be cut and sewn according to the customer's body specifications. Subsequently, the customer will experience the garment prototype, and the staff will proceed with alterations and adjustments to ensure it meets the criteria of optimal fit and comfort. The process of alterations and adjustments includes modifying length, increasing or decreasing the size of basic elements such as chest, waist, or hips, and adjusting details such as sleeves, neckline, and hem. The goal is to create a final prototype that the customer feels completely satisfied and confident in, while also adhering to the high standards of custom tailoring at Kim x KIM.
